When I heard that not only was the LCBO bringing in Abt 8 and 10, but also their white, I was very interested to see how a brewery who is known for trappist style, thick, heavy beers does with a gentle, subdued white beer.
It poured out a cloudy white and smelled like orange and traditional wit bier. It tasted not like your traditional wit bier. It was very boozy for a 5.5% beer and it had a quite sweet booty.
Damn. Too much sweet, not enough wit.
Not a fan.
