What is it with musicians and alcohol? Most notably Jay-Z with Armand de Brignac (champagne), Sammy Hagar and Cabo Wabo (tequila) and in the beer world, AC/DC, Jimmy Buffet and Motörhead (If you know where I can get that, let me know). Here, we have another metal icon, Iron Maiden, whose front man, Bruce Dickinson, collaborated with the brewers to come up with.
This is an authentic English ESB. It poured out dark brown and smelled slightly sweet, slightly sour and very flat. It tasted like your run-of-the-mill ESB with a little extra malts tossed in there. It was good, just not mind blowing.
Unfortunately, I don’t think I know a single Iron Maiden song, or I’d fill this post with lyrics. Instead, enjoy this
