We had Ruby at our place all day and when I texted David and told him his child was annoying and I wanted her to go home, he invited us over for dinner and a swim. How can we say no to that?
When we got there, we drank the Keller and swam for a bit. After that, he went inside and grabbed this. I have one in my fridge that the wife bought the week before, and Katherine actually brought it up for me a few days earlier when I asked her to fetch (you see, there is a woman on the label with a bunny head…qualifies as an animal to her).
I read the label, since Kåååd is not in any language I’ve ever seen. Turns out, it’s Denmarkian, and it means “frisky”. Hence, the sexy bunny lady on the label?
We drank this right from the bottle because it was a 650 and he didn’t have any glasses big enough to fit the entire bottle. I couldn’t really get a good smell of it since I was still pool wet and smelled like chlorine, but when I tasted it, I was impressed. It was super hoppy without being too bitter. It was actually very refreshing while sitting on the pool deck.
It was at this time that the kids (all of them) suggested that we stay for a fire, which meant my kids immediately requested s’mores. I had to go home and get the s’mores kits we had and, sadly, couldn’t bring my beer with me. When I got back, it was less cold and a little less refreshing, but it was still quite good.
Lucky for me, I still have mine in the fridge and I’m going to save it for a super hot day when I just want to chill and relax.
